About:
Krieger is a premiere manufacturer of custom designed sound resistant, bullet and blast resistant, thermal shielding and other highly specialized doors and windows.


Situation:
Because Krieger manufactures products that are only needed in unique situations, the company needed a customer communication tool that would help Krieger stay top of mind during long periods in between projects.

This quarterly newsletter was designed to act as a brand awareness building tool and customer value add on. The articles are written by Door 12 Creative and discuss door and window topics that Krieger's customers would find valuable. Changes in standards, testing methods, new innovations in materials, creative solutions for difficult situations, dangerous flaws, loopholes, common mistakes to avoid and other "need to know" topics are discussed.

For brand awareness purposes, the newsletter also features brief announcements and photos of projects recently completed, new projects Krieger was awarded, new products and innovations, events calendar, new services or materials being offered and other such topics.


Results:
The newsletter, in combination with the development of a new website, trade advertising, sales strategies, search engine optimization, public relations, trade show attendance and other marketing initiatives completed for the client, have doubled the client's annual gross revenue from $4.5 million to nearly $9 million—over a period of 5 years.
