About:
TurboCAD is a professional level design and drafting software utilized by over 2 million drafting professionals worldwide.
Situation:
Each year when TurboCAD releases an updated version of its product, a direct mail promotion offering upgrade savings is sent to owners of previous releases.
Because this particular version featured significant advancements in functionality, the client wanted to create a direct mail piece unlike any used previously.
Black was chosen for the outer envelope to create a sense of exclusivity, and photorealistic renderings (created using TurboCAD v12) were integrated to show off the advanced capabilities.
A four color brochure presented additional examples of the new functionality, while a standard letter offered feature details and information about the upgrade incentives. An order form and a business reply envelope rounded out the piece.
