Laneo: Launch Campaign
About:
Laneo is an international philanthropic organization working to restore and protect the trails, rivers, lakes and beaches utilized by outdoor sport enthusiasts.


Goal:
The goal of this project was to develop a series of emails that could be sent at various intervals to create buzz for the company's launch and generate interest in membership enrollment and sponsor opportunities.

Emails were segmented according to audience and message. The founder's personal list of private individuals received emails geared to drive membership sign up. The creative was centered around a countdown to the launch of the organization's launch. The content focused on various activities the organization was conducting, the progress it was making and various incentives offered to entice rapid enrollment.

The founder's list of companies received emails that focused on soliciting partner support, various forms of donations, the philanthropic nature of the cause and the return on investment partner opportunities offered.

To accommodate the worldwide audience, the emails were translated into 11 languages and each recipient received their email in their own native language.


Results:
  • The email campaign was sent to a list of 200 and resulted in the enrollment of 1,300 members worldwide.
  • The organization was able to secure 15 corporate partners.
