About:
Young and Basile is a premier provider of legal services pertaining to intellectual property, patents, and trademarks for companies in the automotive, high-tech and science industries.
Goal:
The goal of this project was to develop a logo that accurately positioned the law firm as a company that is affordable and is keeping up with modern times and trends.
The final logo the client selected reflects a very minimalist approach which accurately captures the company's desire to communicate affordability. The font is of a contemporary flavor and is purposefully the opposite of the typical Serif, Script and fancy fonts that most competing law firms use.
Additionally, because traditional law brands utilized deep browns and burgundy's, the client felt the color was ideal for communicating the firm's respect for traditional values.
