| About: FormTool.com is owned and operated by OfficeWork Software - the developer of the software application FormTool, OrgChart, and TurboProject. Goal: The goal of this project was to develop a highly search engine optimized website that could quickly climb to the top of search results on popular search engines, in order to facilitate awareness building and a "pull-through" demand for the FormTool software application. For maximum search optimization, the site is heavily loaded with topic specific keywords and links. The number of pages and images is kept to a minimum, all text is HTML and Google Ad Sense words are further utilized to further increase search results rankings for topics related to the content and product the site is designed to sell. The site offers free access to downloadable forms commonly needed in various businesses situations. Time Sheets, Expense Reports, Time Off Requests, Job Application forms and over 800 forms in total. Visitors are able to download the forms and a "reader" application for free. The reader enables them to open the forms, fill them out, and email them. As they start utilizing the forms they often find that they wish to adjust the fields in form or customize it with their logo, at which point they opt to purchase the application—creating the desired "pull through" demand for the product.
